Ensuring the efficient use of resources and reducing the environmental impact along the entire value chain, preventing pollution and minimizing waste.
Food safety
Ensure the food safety of the products it supplies to its customers in the food industries, defining and implementing the practices and procedures essential for the manufacture of safe products from the acquisition of raw materials to the delivery of the product to the customer and compliance mutually agreed on requirements relating to food safety.
Ensuring effective internal and external communication on issues relating with Food Safety and permanent updating of legal, technical and scientific knowledge in this area.

Create the conditions and guide the efforts of all employees to fulfil the requirements, defining objectives that contribute to the effectiveness and improvement of the company’s performance.
People’s commitment
Involve and hold all employees accountable for their work in the goals of quality, food safety and the environment. Guarantee the training of employees and promote the improvement of their skills for the functions they perform and contribute to the improvement of COPAM’s performance and the satisfaction of its employees.

Develop the quality, food safety and environment management system in compliance with the principle of continuous improvement with the definition of improvement objectives, monitoring and evaluation of results and implementation of the necessary actions to promote the continuous improvement of COPAM’s overall performance.
Stakeholder relations
Manage relationships with suppliers, customers and other partners in the search for satisfaction and mutual creation of value.
Approach to management as a system
Identify and manage COPAM’s processes and resources and their interrelationships as a coherent system, with a view to achieving the defined objectives effectively and efficiently.
